Join me in the lovely South Leigh Village hall for some well needed face to face yoga, Bring your mat and a blanket for relaxation. We will work through a nourishing practice together.

Come and join me for a one hour yoga flow practice and a wonderful healing Gong Bath with the wonderfully talented Pauline Mcrann.
We will do a deep flow practice, have a 30 min break with provided snacks and then settle for a one hour Healing Gong Bath. Bring blankets and pillows for this restful lying relaxation and deep meditation. You will be left feeling invigorated by the yoga and deeply relaxed by the gongs, they will continue to work their magic and aid a beautiful nights sleep
