Join me in the lovely South Leigh Village hall for some well needed face to face yoga, Bring your mat and a blanket for relaxation. We will work through a nourishing practice together.

Join me for a Friday morning flow to get you set up ready for the weekend. We will explore balances, Strength in holding poses and creating some heat with some lovely flow, end the practice with a lovely relaxation.

Please bring with you a mat and blanket if required for relaxation to keep warm as we enter the cooler months ahead.
