We focus on gently repairing mum's back, abs and pelvic floor post-partum (or the BAP's as we fondly call them.) We stay aware of your birth experience and any physical or emotional outcomes and help you de-stress, relax and feel refreshed

Baby can come along until fully mobile - it then makes it difficult for you to get any practice in 💕

Our unique YogaBellies for Pregnancy methodology was created to be simple, safe, and therapeutic for all mums-to-be.

Our classes incorporate pregnancy-friendly yoga asanas (postures) and breathing; self-hypnosis and deep relaxation and most importantly, a warm and welcoming community for pregnant mamas-to-be.
