Pilates Mat class, this class involves a series of exercises that will help elongate your body by stretching and strengthening your muscles at the same time.

Although abdominals are the primary focus in this class, it is a full body workout. Pilates Mat will get your body balanced, strong, and less prone to injury while improving your posture. Do not worry about the level of physical training - individual corrections and guidance are given!

Please arrive at least 5 minutes in advance to set up your mat & gather equipment needed for class. Students may enter the class up to 10 minutes after scheduled start time without being marked as a no-show!
