DESCRIPTION: In this course Circle series we come together in order to use the ancient, safe and miraculous power of the Circle to transform the heavy, dense lead of our inner and outer lives into sparkling GOLD. As a circle, you will be guided in the art of tracking [developing your inner sense of awareness] your own habits and self-limiting beliefs, and you will be sweetly challenged to take command of your own destiny with the help of sisterhood and grace. Various tools will be used to cultivate the deepest and most provocative transformation for each woman, and for the circle as a whole. These tools may include specific kundalini yoga sets and meditations, talking circle, water and other ceremonies, medicine wheel mentoring, play/movement and body-awareness. We will meet four separate times over the course of a few months, and there will be 'assignments' in between some of the meetings.
