DESCRIPTION: The Last of the year! Bring in the potent healing light of the Winter Solstice into the darkness of winter.

Experience what the mystics of every spiritual background encounter when they rise before the sun and begin the day with reverence for Life. The power, clarity and radiant effect that comes from devoting ourselves in focused energy during the ambrosial hours of the day has been documented countless times. 

Early morning sadhana is a gift for anyone who wants to show up. It is free and open... you may come in late or leave early, while quietly respecting the space.The teacher participates in the exercises and chanting along with everyone.

Sessions will vary in focus. Some mornings will emphasise physical asana (postures), while others may emphasise chanting or meditation. This practice is an incredible experience in a group setting, as we create strong energy together, and carry each other through. The practice is accessible for all.
