Whether you are a seasoned student of Kundalini Yoga and have practical or more developed and personal questions, or you have never taken a class, but are curious to learn more about it, this is the forum to ask!  There are no pointless questions-- if the curiosity is there, everyone will learn something, even if you don't get a chance to ask your specific question. We will 'tune in' together in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga, and then just begin with questions, 'popcorn style.' No yoga practice, just questions. You are welcome to stay for the special chanting event (see 'Monthly Mantra Singing') afterwards and experience what we have discussed.
