This is a vinyasa inspired yoga class, where flexibility, power, stamina, balance and stillness are complemented by tools as breathing techniques and mindfulness. Powerful yet gentle, the invitation is to remain present with the sensations in the body, observing without judging and to breath. But also expect to be challenged: physically and mentally. This class is for everyone who wants to live more in the here and now, while also strengthening the body and the mind.
