DESCRIPTION: A 2 hour reset for body and mind.  You'll start with a series of Restorative Yin postures aligned with moving into the abundance of Summer.  Lift you vibration by shifting your central nervous system into a state of recovery and growth, not stress.  This is rounded out with a guided Yoga Nidra and sound bath, followed by refreshments from Good Roots in Wanaka.  All levels welcome.  All equipment supplied.
