A vinyasa based class, which means that we focus on our breathing, not pushing too hard so that our breathing gets short or compromised. That also allows us to move more fluidly and helps us avoid injuries. We will flow from pose to pose, with a few balancing postures as well as a bit of core work included. The only thing that matters is how it feels for you, not what it looks like or what anyone else is doing.
Suitable for: all levels - including beginners, increasing strength & flexibility,
