Description
A slower-paced class where we stay close to the floor the whole time with no or only a few standing postures. We will gently but deeply stretch the entire body in a mindful way and increase mobility in the spine & joints. The focus will be on our breath, stillness and getting to know our own body.

Suitable for: all levels & age groups – especially beginners & anyone with anxiety or physical obstacles
