DESCRIPTION: Flow yoga is the next step up after beginners yoga. We learn to move more fluidly and our  breath acts as an compliment to the movement. We will get to explore the nuances of the postures and go a little deeper into alignment principles. This is is a dynamic form of yoga where you work towards a peak pose. It is not suitable for complete beginners. This style of yoga helps to improve cardiovascular and respiratory health, and increase bone density. Many practitioners also discover reduced stress and improved sleep.
