12-1 Flow Yoga suitable for all levels
1-2 lunch and chats
2-2:30 Face yoga 
2:30-2:45 Coffee break
2:45-4 Restorative Yoga with some self massage and mayofacial release using triggerpoint balls. This practice will be supported by some Aromatherapy essential oils for maximum relaxation.

What you get, 4 hours all to yourself to do some yoga and concentrate on you!
