I would love to have this practice outside at Lough Ross, but as this is weather dependent I'll schedule it in the studio for now. If it goes to outside I will open up more spots. We will change up the sun salutations as we go through the practice, it will take about 80 minutes to do 108. This practice will demand some stamina, however you can always take a break and sit out a few.
