DESCRIPTION: Come and enjoy our two person Sauna, you get 40 minutes of healing heat.
1 person £10 or a class pass
2 people £15 or a class pass and £5 when you come to the studio. The booking window closes 2 hours before the available appointment.

Please come on time for your appointment, the sauna will be hot and ready to go, you can change in the bathroom in the studio if you need to, I normally go in in shorts/ leggings and a bra or vest top.
Please take a towel to sit on, if you don’t have your own towel you can rent some for £2 per person.
Of you have any medical conditions check with your doctor before using the sauna to make sure it’s ok for you to use it. You need to give at least 12 hours notice to cancel for free online.
