DESCRIPTION: Practice with me, this is a free class only for my regular Ashtanga students. I will be practicing intermediate sequence using the help of a video. If you can take full backbend and headstand and also have a good foundation in the primary series you are welcome to join me. Please note, I am not teaching this class and it is a very challenging practice. The Intermediate series is more challenging than the Primary series. It might take you a while to work through these sequences, I can’t do all the postures. It is intelligently designed, beginning with the backbend sequence culminating at the intense kapotasana which some of my students are currently able to do. Following are twists to realign the spine before deep hip opening and the arm balancing sequence. The class is approximately 80 minutes long.
