This one of a kind virtual retreat is your place to rest, retreat and reset for the month ahead.

How to prepare for your retreat:

1. Create a calming, relaxing space for yourself. Maybe light some candles or scents, be warm and cosy
2. Have your yoga mat, any props you want (cushions, blocks) and a blanket available.
3. Have a pen and paper available to you.
4. Pop on the playlist you will receive in your event email
5. Come with an open mind, ready to create positive energy in your body, mind and soul.
