DESCRIPTION: Join us for a rejuvenating 2-hour retreat designed to reset and restore your energy levels. This retreat features an uplifting face yoga routine, a beautiful yoga flow with integrated breathwork, and a deep meditation session. We'll conclude our practice with some delightful grounding tea and treats, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalised.

The flow of the day is 
A 20 minute face yoga routine (you will also get a video of a daily facial routine you can use to continue to feel the benefits of facial yoga)
A 1 hour yoga and breathwork flow for all levels
A 15 minute deeply relaxing yoga Nidra
Tea and treats afterwards
