This retreat offers a sanctuary for those seeking to reconnect with their inner selves, away from the hustle and bustle. Over the course of the retreat, we will explore a range of practices aimed at illuminating your inner light and fostering a deep sense of tranquility.

The retreat will include yoga, breathwork and meditation. We will finish our retreat with some light refreshments.
