Description
This 75-minute Friday candlelight yoga class is a slower-paced practice designed to help you wind down from the week and transition into the weekend.
We’ll move through a gentle, steady flow, focusing on breath-led movement, simple stretches, and easing tension held from the working week. The pace is calm and unhurried, with plenty of space to slow down without dropping into a full retreat-style practice.
The class will finish with a longer relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed, and ready to enjoy your evening.
This class is suitable for all levels and is ideal if you’re looking to move gently, switch off, and end the week feeling settled rather than depleted.
