Got Moves (Tier III)

Ever try to learn the dance to your favorite music video or flow with your favorite fitness DVD? This class is for you! Learn a choreographed aerial routine. Expect to be drilled coming in and out of moves and learning transitions to ultimately be able to go through an entire song. Do not worry about perfecting moves, as we push to do our best and have fun.

There is a new song each month. Participants may go to all classes to learn the entire song or pick and choose classes. Either way, you will gain more confidence in flowing through the air!

Note: This class is 1.5 hours long.
PREREQUISITE: 4 Tier II classes: Soaring Sorcerer, G.R.I.T, Airbarre, Aerial Yoga, Center Stage, B.L.E.N.D.

AntiGravity® Pilates is inspired by Joseph Pilates, while maintaining that AntiGravity® spice. This class gives you the ability to work your body with slow and controlled movements. Use the Harrison Hammock in exercises typically done on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel. Embrace the unstable quality of the Harrison Hammock as you create stability in your core!

Note: This class is 1 hour long and is done with the hammock at varying heights. Previous experience in Pilates is not required. You are welcome to bring your own mat or use one of ours.

This restorative class is the gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of AntiGravity®. For this class, the Harrison Hammock is hung lower to the ground. This class is perfect for taking time to tune in to your body at a deeper level.

Spend some time RECLAIMing your body. Acknowledge the strength within. Nourish yourself. You deserve it! You need to!
