Ever try to learn the dance to your favorite music video or flow with your favorite fitness DVD? This class is for you! Learn a choreographed aerial routine. Expect to be drilled coming in and out of moves and learning transitions to ultimately be able to go through an entire song. Do not worry about perfecting moves, as we push to do our best and have fun.

There is a new song each month. Participants may go to all classes to learn the entire song or pick and choose classes. Either way, you will gain more confidence in flowing through the air!

Note: This class is 1.5 hours long.
PREREQUISITE: 4 Tier II classes: Soaring Sorcerer, G.R.I.T, Airbarre, Aerial Yoga, Center Stage, B.L.E.N.D.
