AntiGravity® Pilates is inspired by Joseph Pilates, while maintaining that AntiGravity® spice. This class gives you the ability to work your body with slow and controlled movements. Use the Harrison Hammock in exercises typically done on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel. Embrace the unstable quality of the Harrison Hammock as you create stability in your core!
Note: This class is 1 hour long and is done with the hammock at varying heights. Previous experience in Pilates is not required. You are welcome to bring your own mat or use one of ours.
