DESCRIPTION: Let&#039;s face it, adulting is hard and with our body in constant movement throughout the day, you just need a chance to take a nap, just like when we were kids. Mid-day Power Nap gives you a chance to disconnect.

Mid-Day Power nap is broken down into 3 parts:
Part one-10 minute guided meditation to allow you to calm your body down. Part two- 30 minutes of quiet time (and by quiet time, we mean no talking and just soft music. Some snoring may occur but No Judgement!)
Part three-  5 minutes to slowly come out of your slumber. 

We&#039;ll provide mats, bolsters, eye pillows, and blankets
