This class is designed to slow the body down and gently stretch the muscles while increasing joint mobility. We work into deep fascia and connective tissues through longer held postures allowing the body to relax, rejuvenate, increase flexibility, mobility and prepare the body to restoration. This class is geared to those 50 plus, but anyone is welcome to join!
This class is a 30 minute high intensity class design to sculpt, tone and strengthen the body. It is fast paced and high energy and perfect for athletes or anyone looking for a challenge!
This class is designed to be challenging so you do what you can, and take breaks when you need to. We build strength over a period of time, so with continued practice and time you will become stronger and stronger. Be patient and kind to yourself, it always becomes achievable!
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures that offer the benefits of strength, endurance, and balance.
