We work into the deep connective tissue and joints by holding poses for an extended period of time while focusing on deep controlled breathing. The practice is meant to be slow, gentle, and meditative and can help improve flexibility and mobility. It's the perfect way to unwind from a stressful day and prepare for deeper, high-quality sleep.
