Join Madison Sha and Debonie Lewis for a sound bath and yoga experience at one of KC's most beautiful yoga studios. Madison will lead a deep stretch flow to prime the body for a vibrational sound meditation. Debonie will play a variety of sound bowls that provide different levels of frequency. During this time, a relaxed mediation will take place for 35 minutes. Madison will bring you out of the meditation with guided movements. Following the in studio experience - join us in the lobby of sweat theory for mimosas, education on yoga for kids in our community and how you can support that effort. Also learn about infrared yoga, fitness and sauna experiences at Sweatheory KC.
