DESCRIPTION: The workshop will cover topics that will help you consciously breathe during workouts or other stress situations and will give you insight into how you can recover faster. 

We will finish the day with the Wim Hof breathing technique and an ice bath.  

The breath session will be multiple Wim Hof breathing cycles, with guidance by the Air Academy.
