Description
Seated yoga is an adapted form of yoga that enables you to practice in a chair, making it ideal for the workplace or for those with limited mobility.
In this 30 - minute class we will work our way through a series of poses that move and stretch your body and ease your mind. It is a gentle easy to follow sequence that activates your whole body. It is suitable for everyone regardless of experience.
You will be asked to advise of any injuries or illnesses prior to signing up for the class, so I can take this into account. There is no need to wear gym clothes, regular office or clinical attire is suitable. If possible, wear something loose and comfortable
