Movement into stillness. Reset and recharge as we head towards the end of the year. Find gratitude for what has passed and let it go. An oh so gentle, ever slowing practice takes us to Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) allowing the mind to rest in conscious relaxation. All set in the very beautiful Salt Water Studios.
You'll need to bring your own props for this session but don't worry, all can be substituted for household items if you don't have traditional yoga props.
