DESCRIPTION: Taking place at The Blueprint Shop, Anniston, AL

This class is built off of a vinyasa yoga base…meaning the movements stem from Sun Salutation A and B… think of some of your basic yoga poses. This is a fast paced class. There will be plenty of yoga to stretch us out, cardio bursts, dancing, and workout elements added throughout. Think of this as the Zumba of yoga. You’ll end up with a full body workout with stretching mixed throughout. You will be challenged, and you will have to step out of your comfort zone. That’s why I chose this to be the first class! We are diving straight into the deep end! But have fun and don’t take the class too seriously! Class ends in Savasana.
