DESCRIPTION: What is Tai Chi? 

Tai Chi is a gentle, low impact form of exercise in which practitioners perform a series of deliberate, flowing movements with slow deep breathing. 

Join Sifu Kim for this 10 week beginner Tai Chi Series where you will discover healing art of Tai Chi, as well as the physical, psychological, social, philosophical and spiritual benefits. The practice of Tai Chi, has been proven to improve complex chronic illnesses that involve many systems throughout the physical body including the nervous, respiratory, endocrine, immune and cardiovascular systems. 

With Sifu Kim&#039;s insightful teachings, you will leave the class feeling a sense of peace, and harmony within. 

This series is open to all members to register with their current memberships or class passes, and runs from January 18th- March 22nd, 2025.  It is highly recommended to take the Tai Chi Beginners Classes as a prerequisite for Sifu Kim&#039;s Zen Tai Chi Intermediate Level classes offered on Thursday&#039;s from 5-6pm.
