NFO on Lockdown Online Lessons
LOCKDOWN ONLINE LESSON OFFER Option (A) and option (B)


Option (A) Group lessons without direct feedback: Monday to Friday 3x a day 30 minutes online lesson
Types of lesson:
Active: a higher heart rate / tired muscles, less lying down/seated exercises
Stretch: a relaxed stretch lesson with mainly lying down and seated exercises
Basic: suitable for beginners trial lesson or for seasoned participants a chance to go back to the alignment principles with the first 50 exercises
Mix: a mix of the above
NB with *: if there are non-Dutch speaking participants, I will teach in English.

Lockdown Online Lesson rates:
1-3x per week = 1 matles from your 'regular' class pass
4-8x per week = 2 mat lessons from your 'regular' class pass
9-15x per week = 3 mat lessons from your 'regular' class pass
Every week I keep track of how many lessons you have taken. I correct the teaching credit on your regular lesson card where necessary.

Free Online Lesson:
(a) your first session;
(b) for housemates who join you;
(c) for doctors and nurses <- send me an email

House rules online lesson (subject to change, it is still fresh and new):
-I activate the session 5 minutes before the start time of the lesson so that everyone is on time to log in and the lesson can start on time.
- You can register for the lesson up to 1 hour before the start at https://www.momoyoga.com/alignmentLAB/.
-After the start of the lesson you can no longer be admitted in the Zoom app.
-See PDF in email / ask email for tips for preparation and necessary exercise aids
-Late cancellations are no problem and even with 1 participant registered for the lesson continues and you can still choose option (A) or (B).
-I will send a reminder by email 30 minutes before the start with the link + password for login (subject to change).

Option (B) Private sessions with personal attention by appointment:
- To be arranged by email (mina@alignmentlab.eu) or whatsapp (+31653207809)
-This session is approximately 35 minutes = € 25 (normally € 60 for 1 hour)
-Only by appointment, or to choose if there is only 1 participant for the online group lesson

What do you need:
- connection to the internet
- optional: wireless headphones
-large screen such as computer, laptop, tablet, but on a smartphone it works too
-floor surface, at least arms width
- exercise props: see or ask for the email for home, garden and kitchen solutions
