GROEP 60 min. Online Training STRETCH* - Taught in English&Dutch (online until measures are less strict) online les
19:00 - 20:00

Bring your mat and standard props (dome, block, strap, 25cm inflatable ball, small ball like a tennis ball). An email will be sent if we will use a not listed prop. (Prepare for the weather and insects (mosquitos, ticks).
In case of bad weather, or stricter Corona measures, the class will be held online.

Types of classes:
-Active: a higher heart rate / tired muscles, less lying down/seated exercises
-Stretch: a relaxed stretch lesson with mainly lying down and seated exercises
-Basic: suitable for beginners trial lesson or for seasoned participants an opportunity to revisit "alignment principles & the first 50 exercises"
-Mix: a mix of the above

Good to know:
-This group session can be cancelled or merged with anoter session in case of 3 or less participants. Or, in consultation with the participant(s) changed into a private/duet session.
-Maximum participants in momoyoga: online 25, outdoor 10.
-Please register via in good time or at the latest 4 hours in advance.
-Unsubscribe free of charge until 2 hours prior to the starting time of the session. Keep your participation up to date, to prevent loss of credits..
-Subject to changes due to new Corona-measures.
-In case of non-Dutch speaking participants, I will teach in English.
