DESCRIPTION: This class is held on Tuesdays at 7pm. Power Flow is a vinyasa style yoga class with emphasis on building strength, balance and tone in the body. The class is taught at a slow to moderate pace so you have time to work into good alignment while building strength. Appropriate for all levels, modifications will be provided to allow each participant to choose their level that day.  You will build a sweat, but we always finish with a relaxing savasana so you will feel refreshed at the end!
This Class is Donation Based- payment is accepted in cash or venmo at time of class.
