DESCRIPTION: Slow Flow 1st Saturday of the month! This class is beginner friendly.  We will Flow through poses slowly with attention to breath and relaxation. We will build strength, warmth and balance through a series of slow paced yoga postures. Class will finish with a relaxing Savasana. Approximately 1hr- 1hr 15min class.
