DESCRIPTION: This class is provided for free to all who have been affected by cancer in their lives, whether you are a caretaker or survivor.  Class will be a Gentle Flow of poses with modifications given to make them accessible for the entire class.   Mats, props like bolsters and blocks are available to use. Class is held on the 2cd and 4th Thursday of every month at 10am in the River Valley FMC Campus.
