DESCRIPTION: Hatha Yoga is the base for most all yoga practices, but where it differs from the "yoga flows" taught in most studios is that each pose it the star.  Instead of sequencing the poses together as a flow, each pose is gently encountered from a place of observance.  Nothing is expected, but everything is gained from the insight of the pose itself.  Join me on Tuesday nights as we venture into the yoga collective and find what each pose has to offer.
