DESCRIPTION: This class will be a slow flow of yoga poses that build or create warmth in the body. Appropriate for all levels, you 

can expect a 15 minute stretchy warm up, followed by 25 minutes of warming yoga poses, then finish with 10 minutes of cool down poses, then 10 minutes of mindful resting pose, aka savasana.
