We focus on postnatal issues like neck and shoulder stiffness, lower back pain, divided abs and gentle core restoration. Suitable for mammas from around 12 weeks post partum onwards. There is no end point for this class - some of our mammas now have toddlers. This class is also recorded each week for those unable to make it.
In this class we focus on optimum foetal position, breathing for birth and deep relaxation alongside gentler yoga movement. Mammas tend to join this class around 35 weeks (or earlier if they prefer to do less movement)
