IN-PERSON EVENT in the Yurt @ will Heal Farm.  These are special evenings where we can slow down, get quiet, and connect with nature via the sweet sounds all around the yurt.  We will have a cozy fire going if it's chilly, or perhaps the screens open if it's an amazing evening!  Grab a girlfriend, your mom, or daughter and join us for an evening of rest and relaxation.  
Restorative yoga is incredibly rejuvenating (it's my favorite!!), poses are held for 5-10 minutes, using props to support the body - allowing you time to relax, breathe, and find a little more peace & calm. 
All levels are welcome - let us know if you have any questions, or special needs and we will do our best to accomodate.  Restrooms are located in the house, a short walk from the yurt.
