For now, all classes will be open level. The teachers adapt the difficulty of the classes based on the students and offer options for everyone, regardless of their experience with yoga (if you are a beginner, please do not panic, we promise you'll be fine).

Taught primarily in English, possibly some Romanian, message us in advance in case of any requests.

IMPORTANT: try to bring a towel, and we encourage you to bring your own mat (or you can rent a premium Lululemon 5mm mat in the studio for 18 RON / class - limited number available, so please book in advance via DM on Instagram or email at andrei.virtejanu@gmail.com)
