DESCRIPTION: This class is a general yoga class; it will be taught using primarily prenatal and postnatal yoga principals, as well as being trauma informed, so should be suitable for most people who are adventurous beginners in the yoga.

We will be doing the class via zoom. It will occur every Monday at 8 pm from August 1, 2022 until December 26, 2022. Classes that occur on holidays, such as the final class (December 26, 2022) may be cancelled unless people still want to attend those days.

THE TIME IS 8 PM EST! If you live in central time zone or west, subtract time accordingly (or add time if you live east of here, whatever)
