DESCRIPTION: This class is a general yoga class; it will be taught using primarily prenatal and postnatal yoga principals, as well as being trauma informed, so should be suitable for most people who are adventurous beginners in the yoga.

We will be doing the class via zoom. It will occur every Wednesday at 6:30 pm EST from November 9, 2022 until until the end of the year.
