The Jivamukti Open Class is taught in a Vinyasa Stile and presents classical Yoga teachings: Flowing vinyasa sequences, alignment, hands-on assistance, chanting, breath awareness, relaxation, meditation and spiritual teaching. It is advisable to have some Yoga experience.
