This month's Deepening session will explore how our practice defines and builds a sacred space that supports us as we move through life. Like RSPs for the mind/heart: Reserved Spiritual Practice!
These monthly sessions provide time for centering, guided asana practice, exploration, questions, inquiry, and meditation.
