DESCRIPTION: The first Wednesday of every month, Structure Rx hosts "Brain & Body Wake Up", a specialized class that uses self-massage and awareness as we are guided through our joints and connective tissue. 

For the regular weekly Structure Rx class, we honour all the connective tissues, investigating movement, strength and stability. Gentle beginner - intermediate. Handy props - chair, yoga block, cushion, tennis ball.
