DESCRIPTION: This past year, Ken and I have renovated our garage into a small yoga shala. It’s modest, but sweet, with enough room for 6 students. 

As part of the evolving spirit of Arrive, I am offering a couple ALL LEVELS YOGA classes in our shala at 160 Grove St. Because of the limited space, you will need to pre-book your spot. If you book a spot and need to cancel, please do so as soon as you can to allow others to join. If you cancel within 24 hours of the class, we will not be able to refund your pass. Thank you for understanding! Also note that parking on Grove St. is tight; best to walk if your are in the neighbourhood or ride your bike!
