DESCRIPTION: This class is formally known as Hips &amp;amp; Hamstrings, and we will continue to address these areas, but we&#039;ve changed the emphasis to include more of a Hatha yoga practice. This is an excellent follow-up for those who have taken the Beginning Yoga class and are ready to go a bit deeper. You can expect both stillness and movement in the postures, attention to breath and mindfulness of the body, balancing steadiness and ease. All levels of experience are welcome!
