Description
Beginning with centering and pranayama, we’ll move into a flowing practice, to help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class.
The pace will allow you to gradually warm up joints and muscles. There will be time to explore the poses and give attention to form and alignment.
Slow flow is about slowing down and bringing awareness to your mind-body connection. This practice may cultivate mindfulness, breath awareness, flexibility, balance, and strength. The class will end with Savasana, deep rest.
Adaptations/modifications will be offered as needed. Participants are invited to make choices in how to make the practice their own.
